An accomplished pediatric emergency physician and healthcare entrepreneur, he has over two decades of experience at the intersection of medicine, innovation, and business. As a founder and CEO in the pediatric urgent care space, Gary has built organizations delivering care to more than ten million families, reflecting his commitment to access, quality, and compassion.

A visionary in care delivery design, Gary has redefined efficient, patient-centered pediatric environments and partnered with leading hospital systems to transform pediatric care models. His unique dual perspective bridges clinical excellence and executive strategy, enabling alignment between physician leadership and C-suite priorities.

Manisha Kadagathur

Chief Human Resources Officer

Manisha Kadagathur serves as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at IKS Health, where she leads the global HR function with a focus on aligning people practices with the company’s business strategy. She is spearheading the organization’s HR transformation, leveraging AI and advanced practices across Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Learning & Development, and Succession Planning.

With more than 25 years of experience across consumer, financial services, technology, and chemical industries, Manisha brings a unique blend of corporate, entrepreneurial, and consulting expertise. She has held senior leadership roles as a CHRO, Consulting Leader, and Independent Board Member, and has also built and successfully exited an HR Tech startup in the U.S. In addition, she continues to advise growth-stage companies and serves as an Independent Director at Safex Group.

Manisha holds a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from St. Francis College, Hyderabad, and an MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur. She is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation and a Partner with Social Venture Partners (SVP) in Mumbai.

Ajai Sehgal serves as Chief AI Officer at IKS Health, leading the organization’s enterprise-wide AI vision and strategy to harness data, analytics, and advanced technologies for accelerating innovation, improving outcomes, and amplifying impact across the healthcare ecosystem.

A seasoned leader with experience spanning startups to Fortune 100 companies, Ajai was most recently the inaugural Chief Data & Analytics Officer at Mayo Clinic, where he drove the use of over a century of clinical data to power breakthrough medical innovations and elevate patient care. He also served as Chair of Digital Technology at the Mayo Clinic’s Center for Digital Health.

Ajai’s global leadership experience includes senior technology roles at EagleView, Hootsuite, and The Chemistry Group, overseeing Data & Analytics, Software Engineering, IT, Security, and Operations. Earlier in his career, he served 16 years in the Royal Canadian Air Force before joining Microsoft, where he played a key role in founding and scaling Expedia into the world’s largest travel agency. A strong advocate for responsible AI innovation, Ajai continues to mentor and advise within the broader technology community.

Dr. Christina Johns serves as Senior Vice President, Care Transformation at IKS Health, where she plays a pivotal role in leading strategic client partnerships and spearheading the implementation of our Care Enablement Platform. As a key architect and executive sponsor of platform installations, Dr. Johns ensures the successful alignment of clinical, operational, and technology teams to drive measurable and lasting impact across health systems and provider organizations.

A nationally recognized physician executive, Dr. Johns brings deep expertise at the intersection of clinical excellence, operational leadership, and strategic transformation. Board-certified in pediatrics and pediatric emergency medicine, she is widely respected as a thought leader who bridges the clinical and business domains to enable sustainable growth and advance patient-centered care.

Prior to joining IKS Health, Dr. Johns served as Senior Medical Advisor and Vice President of Communications at PM Pediatric Care, where she played a central role in scaling operations, expanding service lines, and delivering differentiated value. She also served as Assistant Division Chief of the Emergency Department at Children’s National Hospital in Washington, D.C., a leader in one of the busiest pediatric emergency and trauma centers in the country with a focus on both academic and operational excellence.

Dr. Johns holds an MD from The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Master’s from The George Washington University. She completed her residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital and fellowship at Children’s National Hospital. A TEDx speaker and official spokesperson for the American Academy of Pediatrics, Dr. Johns is a respected national voice in healthcare and an inspiring leader committed to driving innovation and exceptional care delivery.

With over 30 years of HR leadership experience, including 14 years with AQuity and IKS Health, Mike Paoletti brings deep expertise, strategic foresight, and unwavering commitment to building a high-performing, people-centric organization.

Mike has played a critical role in driving North American harmonization efforts across enablement and operations teams, while also globalizing key HR processes to support our evolving business. Known for his strong business acumen and ability to lead through change, he serves as a trusted advisor to North American leadership. In addition to leading community engagement and supporting recruitment efforts, as Senior Vice President, US HR, Mike oversees HR integration for our expanding North American footprint—ensuring scalable, effective people practices that support strategic account growth and organizational success.

Kareen Ribeiro-Majmudar has been part of IKS since its inception and has grown through the ranks. She is Senior Vice President, Talent Management & Engagement, bringing strategic vision and deep commitment to cultivating a high-performing, people-first culture at IKS Health. A key leader in our HR transformation, Kareen has played an integral role in aligning global people strategies, harmonizing organizational structures post-acquisition, and launching initiatives that foster growth, retention, and engagement across the enterprise.

She has led the design and implementation of job architecture frameworks, strategic redeployment plans, and robust talent management programs that have significantly enhanced internal mobility and improved talent retention. Known for her hands-on leadership and passion for employee experience, Kareen has built a strong foundation for a culture rooted in recognition, opportunity, and organizational excellence.

As Senior Vice President, Kareen leads the Talent Management Center of Excellence and HR Business Partnering across all India functions and locations. Her work continues to shape the future of IKS Health’s workforce, anchoring our values in every aspect of employee engagement and development.

Nikhil Sharma serves as Senior Vice President – Revenue Optimization Services at IKS Health. A long-standing and trusted leader, Nikhil brings deep operational expertise, a client-centric approach, and an unwavering commitment to performance excellence.

He has played a pivotal role in optimizing operational efficiencies and delivering high-impact outcomes across a broad portfolio of client accounts. His leadership is defined by a focus on quality, innovation, and strategic partnership—contributing to sustained client satisfaction and measurable business value.

As the business owner for Revenue Optimization Services, Nikhil is responsible for driving enterprise value creation and long-term client success. He leads key strategic initiatives focused on market expansion, outcome-based partnerships, P&L optimization, and innovation-led transformation. By aligning contract structures, forecasting models, and commercial strategies with client goals, he ensures both sustainable growth and improved client outcomes.

Nikhil is also deeply invested in building high-performing global teams and fostering cross-functional collaboration across technology, analytics, and delivery. As Senior Vice President, he leads one of the organization’s largest business segments with full P&L accountability, steering its strategic direction while ensuring consistent, best-in-class customer experiences.

Rahul partners closely with clients and internal teams to optimize revenue cycle outcomes, enhance efficiency through analytics and technology integration, and maintain strong compliance frameworks. Known for his sharp operational insight and customer-first mindset, he continues to lead high-performing teams, foster innovation, and unlock new growth opportunities that deliver measurable value to both clients and the organization.

Srikanth Vadakapurapu

Srikanth Vadapurapu serves as the Senior Vice President – Legal at IKS Health, bringing over 16 years of global legal experience spanning litigation, compliance, and contract management. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from BITS Pilani, a master’s in Environmental Engineering from the University of Mississippi, and a Juris Doctor from Washington and Lee University School of Law.

Srikanth began his legal career as a litigation associate at Sutherland Asbill & Brennan LLP (now Eversheds Sutherland) in Washington, DC. He later led large legal teams in India supporting international clients across the U.S., U.K., and Australia. Since joining IKS Health in 2019, Srikanth has played a pivotal role in shaping and leading the company’s legal strategy—initially from our Mumbai office and now from Dallas.

A trusted advisor to the business, Srikanth oversees legal operations across geographies, guiding market expansions, global partnerships, and compliance efforts. His leadership ensures IKS operates with a strong, agile legal foundation—one that not only safeguards the organization but also enables sustainable, innovation-driven growth.

Dr. Garheng Kong, MD, is the Founder and Managing Partner of HealthQuest Capital. With a distinguished career in healthcare investment, he has a track record of 36 successful IPO and M&A exits. He currently serves as the Lead Independent Director at Labcorp and holds board positions with Duke University Health System, Xeris Biopharma and Be The Match. His previous experience includes roles as a Partner at Intersouth Partners, Sofinnova Ventures and experience with GSK and McKinsey & Co.

Dr. Kong holds a dual BS from Stanford University and an MD, PhD, and MBA from Duke University. He is a Kauffman Fellows Mentor, an Aspen Institute Health Innovators Fellow, and was recognized as one of GrowthCap’s Top 25 Healthcare Investors in 2022.

Ms. Nithya Balasubramanian holds a bachelor’s degree of engineering in electrical and electronics engineering from the Birla University of Technology & Science, Rajasthan, and a post graduate diploma in management from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. She has over 17 years of experience in the field of corporate finance and equities research. She has previously worked with McKinsey & Company, Inc as their engagement manager, Cipla Limited as their vice president and Alliance Bernstein Business Services Private Limited as their vice president/director, senior research analyst.

Keith A. Jones

Keith A. (Tony) Jones, MD

Retired Chief Physician Executive, UAB Medicine; Professor Emeritus of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine

Dr. Keith (Tony) Jones received his Medical Degree from the University of Alabama (UA) School of Medicine in 1986. He completed an anesthesiology residency and postgraduate studies at Mayo Clinic, which included advanced training in Neuroanesthesia and a Postdoctoral NIH Research fellowship. Dr. Jones was a member of the faculty of the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and practiced in the Department of Anesthesiology at Mayo Clinic for 15 year, and then served as the Alfred Habeeb Professor and Chair of the Department of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) from July 2006 to October 2017. Dr.Jones is currently the President of the University of Alabama Health Services Foundation and Chief Physician Executive of the UAB Health System. Dr. Jones also serves on the Joint Operating Leadership Council for UAB Medicine and the Executive Cabinet of the UAB Health System, as well as Senior Associate Dean for Clinical Affairs in the UA School of Medicine.

Mary E. Klotman

Mary E. Klotman, MD

Dean, Vice Chancellor and Chief Academic Officer, Duke University School of Medicine

A pioneering physician-scientist, Dr. Klotman’s research interests are focused on the molecular pathogenesis of Human Immunodeficiency Virus 1 (HIV-1) infection. Among many important contributions to this field, Dr. Klotman and her team demonstrated that HIV resides in and evolves separately in kidney cells, a critical step in HIV-associated kidney disease. Most recently, her group has been defining the role of integrase-defective lentiviral vectors for the delivery of an HIV vaccine.

Dr. Klotman is past president of the Association of American Physicians and past president of the Association of Professors of Medicine. She was elected to membership in the Academy of Medicine in 2014. Dr. Klotman is a former president of the Duke Medical Alumni Association and received a Duke University School of Medicine Distinguished Alumni Award in 2015.

Abhishek (Abhi) Sharma has joined IKS Health as Senior Vice President, Market Leader – Strategic Growth. With over two decades of experience, Abhi is a distinguished consultant with deep expertise in provider strategy and clinical transformation. He has successfully advised C-suite executives across private equity, academia, and health systems, delivering impactful solutions that drive growth and operational excellence.

Abhi began his career at The Carlyle Group as an Equity Analyst, focusing on provider assets, investment strategy, and portfolio optimization. He later joined PwC US as a Director, specializing in provider strategy, operational efficiency, and M&A. Most recently, he was a Partner at Guidehouse, where he led the Clinical Transformation service offering, helping organizations design value-based care programs, optimize value, and enhance care management.

Throughout his career, Abhi has collaborated with leading institutions such as Texas Health Resources, Emory Healthcare, UCLA, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, and MD Anderson Cancer Center. He holds an MD in Emergency Medicine with a subspecialty in Tactical Medicine from Johns Hopkins University and an MBA in Finance and Strategy from Duke University.

Abhi’s extensive experience and strategic insights will play a key role in driving IKS Health’s continued growth and success.

Theresa Stone is an Independent Director on the Board of our Company. She holds a bachelor’s degree in arts from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She has over 26 years in management and is currently associated with Oliver Wyman as its managing partner.

Dr Wang

Dr. David Wang

Executive Vice President, Delivery, Value Based Care

Dr. Wang oversees operations and product with full budget accountability. He partners with risk-bearing and care-delivery organizations to accelerate performance within value-based payment models.

Before IKS Health, Dr. Wang was the Chief Operating Officer at Mass Advantage, a provider-sponsored health plan. He was responsible for total cost of care, quality, risk adjustment, member experience, and network strategy. Collaborating with care delivery partners, he aligned incentives and care models under global capitation.

Earlier in his career, Dr. Wang led the palliative care service line at Scripps Health, expanding from 18 to 50 clinicians. He partnered with business units across the enterprise to transform care delivery under risk-based payment models.

Dr. Wang is a recognized thought leader in complex care with 75 peer-reviewed publications and national presentations.

Vijay Venkatesan

Vijay Venkatesan serves as the Chief Technology Officer at IKS Health, where he leads the engineering and technology teams with a focus on building robust, scalable platforms that drive efficiency, innovation, and client value. With over 15 years of leadership experience in healthcare technology, Vijay is a visionary leader who has successfully implemented advanced solutions like Generative AI, machine learning, and big data analytics to solve complex industry challenges.

In his role at IKS Health, Vijay is responsible for overseeing the company’s end-to-end technology strategy, ensuring the seamless integration of engineering and technology initiatives that fuel IKS Health’s growth. His mandate includes not only the internal and external evolution of the company’s tech stack but also fostering a culture of innovation, recruiting top engineering talent, and establishing strategic partnerships to enhance IKS Health’s technological edge.

Juhee Patil

Juhee Patil has joined IKS Health as Senior Vice President – Talent Acquisition. Juhee brings with her over two decades of deep expertise in talent acquisition, workforce strategy, and leadership development, with a strong track record of driving large-scale recruitment initiatives and building high-performance teams.

In her role, Juhee is at the helm of our talent acquisition strategies, ensuring we attract and retain top-tier talent to support IKS Health’s growth and success. Her focus is to align our recruitment efforts with our business objectives and values, adapting to the dynamic needs of our organization.

Juhee brings with her over two decades of experience spanning multiple sectors, including Healthcare, BFSI, R&A, Travel, and Utilities. She joins us from R1 RCM where she was responsible for developing innovative recruiting strategies, enhancing employer branding, and scaling the organization with the right talent. Prior to R1 she worked as Country Leader, Talent Acquisition at WNS Global Services in the Philippines.

Beyond her professional achievements, Juhee is an avid traveler and adventure sports enthusiast; bringing a dynamic and energetic perspective to our team.

Laura Anderson

Chief Product Officer

Laura brings over 30 years of experience in healthcare IT to IKS Health. Throughout her career, she has successfully led product strategies for both existing and emerging markets, developed and executed tactical plans, and guided high-performing global product management teams. Laura has extensive experience in resource management, team building, budget oversight, project scoping, and cultivating customer relationships, all while driving continuous strategic and tactical improvement.

Laura’s expertise spans various healthcare technology offerings, including Software as a Service (SaaS), B2B, B2B2C, client-server, and mainframe systems. She has been instrumental in advancing patient engagement, revenue optimization, clinical workflows, clinical decision support, and EHR systems, holding leadership roles at organizations like Change Healthcare, Optum, NextGen, and Siemens Healthcare.

Before joining IKS Health, Laura led large, global product management teams across acute, ancillary, and ambulatory EMR markets, as well as revenue cycle management. Her deep understanding of healthcare technology will help IKS Health stay focused on customer needs, identify new value creation opportunities, and better anticipate the complexities of integrating into customer systems.

Laura holds a degree in English Literature and Business Communications from Bowling Green State University in Ohio. She is Pragmatic Marketing Certified, a Forbes contributor, and recognized as one of the leading product management executives in healthcare IT.

Outside of work, Laura enjoys hiking, kayaking, yoga, the arts, traveling, reading, and spending time with her family and friends. She is passionate about her volunteer work at local shelters, as well as her other philanthropic efforts within her community.

Amit plays a pivotal leadership role in driving Risk Management and Compliance objectives and initiatives at IKS. He consistently demonstrates exceptional leadership, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment within the Audit, Risk, and Compliance function, while significantly advancing various departmental initiatives.

With over two decades of extensive experience in internal audit, risk management, information security and compliance across sectors such as healthcare, insurance, banking, and finance, Amit has a proven track record of strengthening corporate governance, compliance and control frameworks.

As Senior Vice President, Amit’s role encompasses corporate governance, information security and US healthcare compliance. His leadership enhances collaboration and ensures that Compliance, Internal Audit, Information Security and Risk Management are seamlessly integrated into the organization’s overall business strategy.

Saransh Mundra is the Vice President of our Company. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has over 11 years of experience in the field of finance. He has previously worked with S.R Batliboi and Co. LLP and S R B C & Co. LLP. He joined our Company on October 20, 2021. He is responsible for financial communication and strategic planning of our Company.

Sameer Chavan is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Kirti College, University of Mumbai, a bachelor’s degree in law from New Law College, University of Mumbai and a master’s degree in commerce from the Institute of Distance Education, University of Mumbai. He holds a certificate of membership as a fellow from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and as a fellow member of the Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland. He has over 16 years of experience in secretarial compliance. He has previously worked with Poonawalla Fincorp Limited, IndoStar Capital Finance Limited, UFO Moviez India Limited, PAE Limited and Shreyas Relay Systems Limited.

He has over 17 years of experience in business management. In the past, he has been associated with Seletica Configurators India Private Limited, Majoris Systems Private Limited and Lionbridge Technologies, Inc. and has prior experience in software and business development.

Sue McGrogan is Senior Vice President Business Development & National Accounts. She is a proven executive with over 30 years of success building clinical documentation service organizations into world-class solution providers.

She has built several health care companies from the ground up to multimillion dollar companies recognized for exceptional client experiences , including three highly touted healthcare services firms which were subsequently successfully merged with major business partners.

Sue sits on multiple Boards and gives a lot of her time and resources to various children’s charities.

He focuses on developing & delivering the organization learning strategy, business focused capability building, leadership development and employee experience initiatives.

This is Mangesh’s second stint at IKS Health. He brings with him 30 years of rich experience in the HR and organizational domain. He is a seasoned Human Capital professional with a proven track record across pure play engineering, farm equipment manufacturing sector, telecom operator space, telecom product development SDLC, LPO, KPO, BPO (ITeS), & Digital Services while he was associated with Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd before returning to IKS after a decade.

As part of our Clinical Support Solutions, Gaurav manages the tech product portfolio of Scribble – product development, product adoption and driving efficiencies with our products. His primary focus is on technology led transformation. Gaurav has been in the US Healthcare industry for more than 15 years. He has built enterprise products for the US Healthcare market focusing on RCM and EHRs, managed service delivery, sales, account management, contracting, and process automation.

Venky brings with him over two decades of invaluable experience in the Health IT industry, predominantly within the provider-payer domain. In his role as SVP, Venky leads the build out of our Care Enablement Platform product. This vision entails the strategic integration of our existing and forthcoming features to enhance the overall value proposition of our care enablement platform for both internal and external stakeholders.

He has a deep understanding of the Providers and Health Plan market segments and has played a multitude of roles across Consulting, Strategy, Sales and Enterprise Data Management.

Emily Shields, in her capacity as Senior Vice President of Strategic Accounts, leads the Hunting Multi-Specialty accounts. Joining IKS in May 2024, Emily brings a wealth of experience in guiding teams responsible for physician enterprise solutions. Her current focus involves spearheading our sales endeavors within the Corporate and Physician-Owned Multi-Specialty sectors. Emily is instrumental in driving revenue expansion, leading cross-sell strategies, and forging key strategic alliances to further our market presence and client satisfaction.

In his role as SVP & Market Leader, Strategic Growth, Thomas will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within our partner Health Systems as well as their employed and affiliated medical groups. He will be working with Sales and many of our teams to help drive strategic growth, develop deeper partnerships, and advise on creative solutions to help our clients strengthen their positions in the market.

She has over 16 years of experience in the field of corporate finance and equities research. She has previously worked with McKinsey & Company, Inc as their engagement manager, Cipla Limited as their vice president and AllianceBernstein Business Services Private Limited as their vice president/director, senior research analyst. She is responsible for the global financial operations, administration and facilities, ERP, investor relations, and the overall business strategy of the Company. During Dave’s 20 years as CEO, Proliance grew from a small orthopedic group to a large, statewide group with many different specialties. As the former CEO of Frontier Derm Partners, a private equity-backed dermatology MSO spanning two states and over 100 providers, he led Frontier through a significant platforming process, growing the organization while maintaining focus during the COVID shutdowns. Dave is the founder of Burst Advisors which was formed to share his experience with doctors all over the country who are working together in their communities, whether they are in an independent group, a surgery center, or thinking about partnering with a larger platform.

Mr. Cline was responsible for identifying and overseeing the continued growth of QSI through the development and management of partnerships and strategic alliances that expanded and strengthened its market presence and capabilities. Prior to QSI, Mr. Cline served as President of NextGen Healthcare Information Systems, one of the first electronic health record systems. NextGen was acquired by Quality Systems, a small publicly-held division of QSI, where Pat and his team eventually stayed on to run the NextGen subsidiary. Before the start of his illustrious journey in healthcare, Mr. Cline was with the Marine Corps. At the age of 21, he developed one of the industry’s first medical practice management systems.

MGPO is a nonprofit, tax-exempt corporation, and the largest physician group practice in New England, representing more than 2,000 physicians. Dr. Torchiana was the Chief of cardiac surgery at Mass General from 1998 to 2003. He completed residencies in general surgery and cardiothoracic surgery at Massachusetts General Hospital before joining the Department of Surgery in 1989. 

He is a member of American College of Surgeons and the American Association for Thoracic Surgery and a trustee of Massachusetts General Hospital. Dr. Torchiana is an Associate Professor of Surgery at Harvard Medical School.

Prior to his current role, Dr. Desai served as the President of HealthCare Partners, a leading integrated delivery network serving over 700,000 patients. Dr. Desai also served as CEO of University of Southern California (USC) Care where he led transformative growth and positioned the university’s medical center as a regional leader for complex care. Prior to USC, Dr. Desai was a senior executive at DaVita, a global leader in dialysis care, where he advanced integrated kidney care models and led corporate strategy for the enterprise. 

Early in his career, Dr. Desai served as an engagement manager at McKinsey & Company. Dr. Desai received his Bachelor’s and Medical Degrees from Brown University, and his Masters in Public Health at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. He completed internal medicine residency and nephrology fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco. He is currently an Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine at Keck School of Medicine at USC and has previously held faculty appointments at Stanford School of Medicine and the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA.

Mary Jo Williamson

Ms. Williamson is a distinguished administrative leader serving as the Chief Administrative Officer for the Mayo Clinic Laboratories. Previously she served as chief administrative officer for Mayo Clinic in Rochester. Prior to that she was chief administrative officer for Mayo Clinic Health System, chair of Mayo Clinic Practice Administration, and director of the Mayo Clinic Care Network.

Her 25-year career with Mayo Clinic has provided opportunities ranging from developing the Ask Mayo Clinic nurse triage service and serving as vice chair to contracting and payer relations and vice chair of Mayo Clinic Health System to various leadership roles at all three Mayo Clinic locations. In addition to her Mayo Clinic responsibilities, Ms. Williamson currently serves as a board member of the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce and a board member of Resoundant, and has previously served as a board member of CentraCare Health System in St. Cloud, Minnesota. Prior to working for Mayo Clinic, she worked in the Strategic Services Division of Anderson Consulting and as director of budgeting for Rose Medical Center in Denver, Colorado.

Ms. Williamson has served on the Mayo Clinic Management Team, Mayo Clinic Clinical Practice Committee, Midwest Executive Operating Team, and Mayo Clinic Administrative Team and is a member of the Mayo Clinic Board of Governors and Mayo Clinic Board of Trustees. Paul Klotman

Dr. Paul Klotman began serving as president and CEO of Baylor College of Medicine on Sept. 1, 2010. He received his B.S. degree in 1972 from the University of Michigan and his M.D. from Indiana University in 1976. He completed his medicine and nephrology training at Duke University Medical Center. He stayed at Duke as a faculty member, rising to the rank of associate professor of medicine before moving to the NIH in 1988, where he became chief of the molecular medicine section in the laboratory of developmental biology. In 1993, he became chief of the Viral Pathogenesis Laboratory in the NIDR/NIH. In 1994, he moved to Mount Sinai School of Medicine as the Irene and Dr. Arthur M. Fishberg Professor of Medicine and the chief of the division of nephrology. In 2001, he was selected to be the chair of the Samuel Bronfman Department of Medicine of the Mount Sinai School of Medicine. The College’s Board of Trustees named him as the school’s new president in July of 2010.

Klotman’s research has been a blend of both basic and clinical research in molecular virology and AIDS pathogenesis. He developed the first small animal model of HIV associated nephropathy using transgenic techniques. He is the author of more than 200 publications, and he has been a visiting professor and lecturer internationally in the field of HIV pathogenesis. He has been elected to both the American Society of Clinical Investigation and the Association of American Physicians. He is on the editorial boards of journals both in the United States and in Europe, and he has served on and chaired numerous study sections including those from the NIH, the American Heart Association, the National Kidney Foundation, and the VA research service.

In addition to his laboratory efforts, Klotman has been an active clinician, teacher and mentor. Students from his laboratory have won prestigious scientific competitions. He has trained more than 50 clinical fellows, postdoctoral fellows, and students in his laboratory since 1984, most of whom are independently funded. And, he was named Physician of the Year by Mount Sinai nurses. As the chair of medicine, he moved the department of medicine at Mount Sinai to a top tier academic program by expanding the faculty practice, increasing basic and clinical research revenues, developing new community projects and focusing on the educational mission.

Klotman serves on the scientific advisory boards of biotech, pharmaceutical and healthcare companies. He also serves on the board of several companies including those with interests in natural resources and conservation.

At Baylor, he oversees the only private health science university in the Greater Southwest, with research funding of nearly $400 million. The medical school is ranked as one of the top 25 for research and one of the top ten for primary care by U.S. News & World Report. The School of Health Professions is among the best 15 in the nation and the Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences is rated in the top five percent. In addition, the College is home to the first National School of Tropical Medicine in North America. Dr. Hayworth has a national reputation as an authority on practice administration; multispecialty group management; and adaptation to the rapidly changing environment in healthcare, including the transition to value. Dr. Hayworth has been the President and CEO of CareMount Medical (formerly Mount Kisco Medical Group, PC) for more than 20 years, overseeing a nearly 15-fold expansion in the size of the group before it became part of Optum Tri-State in late 2020.

Sarah has a well rounded understanding of healthcare B2B through her experience in EHR integration startups and larger organizations like Stericycle, across patient facing technology and services. Most recently, Sarah served as the Vice President of marketing at Carenet Health where she led a cross functional team to remarkable achievements. As an Executive Vice President, Sales, Ajay leads client support for IKS Health’s enterprise clients, creating strategic partnerships and driving customer success. His responsibilities include creating customer value, overall execution of business goals, customer excellence and identifying strategic upsell win-win solutions that enable high customer satisfaction.

Prior to joining IKS Health, Mr. Madatiparambil worked with Lionbridge Technologies where he was responsible for driving business value for the company’s healthcare division. Mr. Madatiparambil has also worked with Freddie Mac where he was part of a team that identified, prioritized and performed business analysis for the Credit Policy and Portfolio Management group. Mr. Madatiparambil holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Gujarat University, and an MBA from Texas A&M University.

Dr. Barbara Hodne

Dr. Barbara Hodne is a highly accomplished physician and leader with over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She works alongside various teams to represent Clinical Support Solutions to our future and existing partners and works with the Product Team to drive enhancements in the existing and future IKS products.

Prior to joining IKS Health, she was the Chief Quality Officer at The Iowa Clinic, where she was responsible for leading the organization’s quality improvement initiatives. Dr. Hodne is also a board-certified family physician and has served in a variety of leadership roles throughout her career, including medical director, associate quality director, and member of the board of directors.

Dr. Hodne is a passionate advocate for quality healthcare and has a proven track record of success in improving patient care. She is a member of the American Medical Group Association’s Quality Council and the Iowa Medical Society’s Committee on Legislation. She is also a charter member of the Population Health Leaders Network and an advisor to the Obesity Collaborative.

Marty is the Chief Information Officer at IKS, responsible for implementing and managing technology to support the IKS organization and its customers. Marty has recently joined IKS from the AQuity Solutions group where he held the Chief Information Officer and Chief Security Officer positions.

Marty has over 35 years of diversified technology management experience holding leadership positions in global organizations including AQuity Solutions, Ashland Oil (APAC), Verizon (GTE wireless) and Delta Airlines (TranQuest).

Marty has extensive experience with building best in class IT organizations through best in class secure and stable environments, innovative tools, techniques, and a high-touch customer supporting infrastructure.

Under his leadership he has built industry leading security frameworks that focus on Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability across all areas of the business.

Nicole Davis

Nicole Davis is responsible for client relations, solution design, and improving margin growth for clients. She has over 2 decades of experience in consulting and revenue cycle management within large hospital and academic medical center environments, both for clinic-based and hospital-based services. Prior to joining IKS Health, Ms. Davis worked with North Shore/LIJ Health System managing the entire revenue cycle for clinical departments including Cardiology and Cardiothoracic Surgery. She also worked for Per-Se Technologies (now McKesson), managing a number of hospital-based physician practice groups where she was responsible for the performance of all revenue-related functions.

Ms. Davis has a bachelor’s degree in international business from the University of California at Davis. She is an active member of HFMA, Healthcare Leaders of NY, and MGMA.

Mayank Pant

Mayank Pant is an accomplished healthcare leader and entrepreneur. In the past two decades he has consulted and advised some of nations most influential healthcare organizations helping them manage cost, optimize revenue and deploy technology. At IKS Health, Mayank leads the product innovation and growth pursuits for our Margin and coding practices.

Before coming to IKS, Mr. Pant co-founded Reventics Inc. At Reventics, Mayank headed the new product innovation and growth strategy. Before Reventics, Mr. Pant spent over a decade at Sutherland Healthcare Solutions in India and the US, managing different roles across P&L management, Customer advisory and innovation.

Mr. Pant is an alumnus of Northeastern University, Boston, where he completed his MS in Innovation. Mr. Pant lives with his wife and two children in Bridgewater, NJ, and enjoys reading, mentoring start-ups, and traveling with the family.

Benjamin Crocker

Dr. Benjamin Crocker

Senior Vice President, Care Design & Innovation

Dr. Crocker is responsible for designing new products and solutions as well as refining/improving existing services within the Clinical Care Solutions pillar of IKS Health’s Provider Enablement Platform for both current and prospective clients.  He is passionate about team-based care and culture, technology and innovation, and the patient voice in healthcare transformation.

Dr. Crocker is a general internist/primary care physician and most recently served as Medical Director of the Ambulatory Practice of the Future (APF) at MGPO, where he provided clinical care and conducted collaborative research in the application of technologies to the field of primary care to enhance the knowledge and quality of innovative, patient- centered, team-based care.

Dr. Crocker brings over 20 years of clinical experience and thought leadership in team-based, patient-centered primary care, clinical operations, and healthcare innovation. In 2010, he co-founded and later served as medical director of one of Massachusetts General Hospital’s (MGH) premier primary care practices in Boston, MA.  He has participated in multiple aspects of practice design and operations improvement.  He is published on a wide range of topics including post-discharge telephone follow-up, point of care testing, technology-assisted apprenticeship in chronic disease management, embedded health and wellness coaching, and the patient-centered medical home.  Dr. Crocker also helped establish the first practice-centered PFAC (patient-family advisory committee) in his organization.

Dr. Crocker is the co-founder of the APF Innovation Learning Program which established a “living laboratory” within the clinical primary care environment to partner with academic and industry leaders to explore, design, create and test technological solutions to present and future day challenges in primary care.  While there, he spearheaded the design, implementation, and scaling of what is now IKS’ AssuRx centralized prescription renewal service to reduce staff administrative burden and introduce a new standard of safety in the prescription-renewal process. He also led primary care-based Scribble and New Chart Prep implementation and utilization.

A graduate of Tuft University with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, Dr. Crocker received his medical degree from the University of Massachusetts Medical School, and attended Boston University Medical Center for residency in Internal Medicine as well as an additional year as chief medical resident.

As an Executive Vice President, Delivery, Clinical Support Solutions & Digital Health Solutions, Gaurav has been a pillar within the Legacy IKS business for over 15 years. Gaurav leads our combined Clinical Services Support Feature Cluster including the operating teams from both the Legacy AQuity and Legacy India teams. In addition, Gaurav continues to maintain his customer facing role across all customers and will own the consolidated P&L for the CSS Feature Cluster.

Gaurav has worked with Physiotherapy Associates and Lionbridge Technologies Inc. before joining IKS Health where he was responsible for driving business outcomes with business process re-engineering and automation with technology products. During his association with Lionbridge, he played a pivotal role in developing and maintaining a $1.5 million Medicaid Application Tracking System for Golden Ventures, Fort Smith-AR that resulted in annualized efficiencies of $10M for the corporation. Gaurav comes with vast experience of developing and implementing technology solutions across Healthcare Value Chain.

Deval Majmudar

Deval Majmudar leads IKS Health’s revenue optimization vertical that comprises some of the largest client delivery teams. Deval has extensive expertise in assessment, migration and delivery management both in onshore and offshore delivery models. Deval is known for turning around businesses and has consistently achieved & maintained high levels of customer satisfaction for large provider enterprises at IKS Health. He has a proven track record of enabling optimal clinical and operational outcomes for clients through growth by optimizing productivity, revenue capture and collections.

Deval demonstrates success in leading and working in multi-cultural environments and has contributed in large account acquisitions, building teams, steep ramp-up and project initiation, and interfacing with customer leadership teams. Deval has been the recipient of the Global Leadership Award for People Management and holds a Bachelor in Commerce from Mumbai University.

He is recognized for fundamentally changing the competitive landscape in the clinical documentation services industry by leveraging various technologies with premium global labor services. His diverse background includes expertise in all aspects of merger and acquisition activities, cultural integration, and positive financial performance.

Dr. Sri Madabushi is the EVP and General Manager of the Value-Based Care (VBC) at IKS. In his role, he oversees Product and Operations efforts to help build out and scale our VBC business rapidly.

Prior to IKS he was a co-founder of Google Health and helped lead its global business development efforts over the past 8+ years. Sri has held a variety of high-profile roles there across different business units such as Health, Brain (Google’s premier AI/ML team), and Cloud. Prior to that, Sri was associated with Novartis Diagnostics where he was the Region Head & GM of Southeast Asia. He started his career as a management consultant at ZS Associates and is trained as a scientist with a Ph.D. in Computational Biology from Baylor College of Medicine (Houston, TX). He has a bachelor’s degree in Human Biology & Biophysics from All India Institute of Medical Sciences (New Delhi, India).

Sameer Arora is the Senior Vice President for Employer & Investor Branding and Communications. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering (production branch) from V.J. Technical Institute and a post graduate diploma in management from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He has over 26 years of experience in the fields of professional services (management and technology consulting, IT and IT enabled services). He has previously worked with Syntel Private Ltd. and Accenture India Private Limited. He joined our Company on September 22, 2023. He is responsible for business strategy and communication.

Abhay Kumar Srivastava is the EVP and Head of Leadership Effectiveness of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in arts (history) from University of Delhi and master’s in personnel management from Symbiosis Institute of Management, Pune. He has over 14 years of experience in the fields of people management, organizational development and talent. He has previously worked with Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Limited, Piramal Enterprises Limited, Cipla Ltd. and Ordnance Factory Board Kolkata. He joined our Company on November 12, 2020. He is responsible for driving leadership effectiveness through building capabilities like critical thinking and strategic communication, and coaching leaders for success.

Taylor Curtis joins IKS Health as Executive Vice President & Chief Development Officer. He comes with 25 years of experience in investment banking, corporate strategy, business development and treasury solutions. Most recently, Taylor served as Head of Healthcare Corporate Banking for Texas Capital Bank, where he was responsible for bank’s relationships with provider groups, home care and hospice companies, behavioral health providers, pharmaceutical services businesses and healthcare IT companies.

Prior to Texas Capital Bank, Taylor served as a Managing Director for Cowen and a predecessor firm, MHT Partners, where he led the healthcare services M&A advisory team. Prior to joining MHT Partners in 2011, he served in a variety of roles including Director of Corporate Strategy for ORIX USA Corporation, Assistant Treasurer and Head of Investor Relations for Concentra Inc. and Director of Corporate Development for Electronic Data Systems Corporation. Taylor began his career in New York with Greenhill & Co., a boutique mergers and acquisitions advisory firm.

In 2013, Taylor was named Finalist, Dealmaker of the Year by ACG DFW and DCEO, based on transactions he led that year, and he was named a Winner of the 5th Annual 40 Under 40 M&A Advisor Recognition Awards, based on his career accomplishments, professional expertise, and community service. Taylor graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in the Business Honors Program and Finance.

Dr.-Shane-Peng

Dr. Peng has nearly two decades of senior health care executive leadership with multi-state health care systems. He has deep expertise in physician groups, health plans, PBM operations and value-based care models.

Prior to IKS Health, Dr. Peng served as the Executive Vice President and President of Physician and Ambulatory Service of SSM Health, a multi-state, fully integrated health system with annual revenue of $7 billion. Peng was accountable for the achievement of its six regional medical groups with 1,600 employed providers and post-acute care including ambulatory platforms. He previously worked at Sentara Healthcare in Norfolk, Va., where he served as vice president and senior medical director of Sentara Medical Group, where he oversaw the clinical operations of more than 300 primary care and ambulatory specialty providers in at least 60 sites. He also was involved in innovations around patient centered care and moved toward population health.

He has created a new business platform integrating multiple regional physician organizations with regional post-acute and ambulatory assets under a single organizational, operational and clinical structure to deliver a comprehensive system of care to achieve the ‘Quadruple Aim’.

He is a veteran in the healthcare world and a national leader in Clinical Quality, Innovation, Physician Performance and engagement demonstrating competence with board of trustees, physicians, religious sponsors, employees, community leaders and elected public officials.

Dr. Peng has served on the board of 450,000-member Health Plan, Full Path-Through Pharmacy Benefit Management Company, Midwest Health Initiative and AMGA, an organization that has over 175,000 physician members, delivering care to one in three Americans.

Dr. Terrell leads the clinical leadership team for IKS Health that provides clinical input and guidance for product evolution with the aim of improving care delivery and patient safety.

Dr. Terrell is a national thought leader in the US for healthcare innovation and delivery system reform; also a serial entrepreneur in population health outcomes driven through patient care model design, clinical and information integration, and value-based payment models. She is also a practicing general internist.

Dr. Terell has served as CEO of several companies, including Eventus WholeHealth, LLC., a company focused on providing holistic care to medically vulnerable adults and Cornerstone Health Care, one of the first medical groups to make the “move to value” by lowering the cost of care and improving its quality for the sickest, most vulnerable patients.

Dr. Terrell was the founding CEO of CHESS, a population health management company, and the former CEO of Envision Genomics, a company focused on the integration of precision medicine technology into population health frameworks for patients with rare and undiagnosed diseases. Dr. Terrell has served as vice chair of the U.S. DHHS’ Physician-Focused Payment Model Technical Advisory Committee, the chairman of the board of the AMGA, is a founding member of the Oliver Wyman Health Innovation Center, the author of Value – Based Care and Payment Models, and Reframing Contemporary Physician Leadership: We Stated as Heroes.

Dr. Terrell is currently executive in residence at Duke University School of Medicine’s Masters in Clinical Informatics program, a Senior Advisor for Oliver Wyman management consulting firm, and a member of the board of directors of Guilford College.

Dr Terrell holds a doctorate in medicine from Duke University School of Medicine and a master’s degree in medical management from Carnegie Mellon University.

He is a senior level operating executive with over 25 years’ experience, and has demonstrated success in building and/or transforming organizations in both the public and private sectors. He has held senior positions of President, Chief Operating and/or Chief Financial Officer across multiple industries including healthcare, where he specialized in strategic, financial and operational transformations. Most recently, he served as CFO/COO of PRGX Global Inc., a global data analytics and professional services firm with operations in over 30 countries. Under his leadership, PRGX achieved 20+ year highs in Revenue and EBITDA, and saw a 300% increase in share price over a 4 year period. Prior to PRGX, Pete served as President & CFO of Physiotherapy Associates, one of the largest out-patient physical therapy companies in the U.S., where he was introduced to IKS as a client.

Joe Benardello is a co-founder of IKS Health and its Chief Growth Officer. He is a key member of the executive team responsible for the organization’s growth and success, including taking IKS Health public in December 2024 on the National Stock Exchange of India.

Under Benardello’s tenure, more than 600 top U.S. health organizations are working with IKS Health to become stronger, more efficient, and better positioned for the future. He is at the helm of the company’s growth and marketing strategy, and is a respected thought leader in the healthcare and technology industries. Benardello is a passionate principal who drives solution design, implementation, and delivery to address the regulatory, technological, and fiscal challenges facing healthcare organizations today.

With a strong background in technology, Benardello served as Vice President at Lionbridge Technologies for several lines of business including healthcare. He joined Lionbridge from eTesting Labs, where he built and led the go-to-market strategy. Under his leadership, eTesting Labs was strategically acquired by Lionbridge in 2002. He lives in Los Angeles, and attended UCLA and California State University.

Fueled by Gupta’s blend of entrepreneurial spirit, executive acumen, and strategic vision, IKS Health has grown to 12,000+ employees, serving more than 600 healthcare organizations. Gupta continues to steer the organization toward rapid growth and success, including taking IKS Health public in December 2024 on the National Stock Exchange of India.

Gupta believes IKS Health serves as an accountable advisor to healthcare organizations, guiding them through the complexities of modern healthcare in order to achieve sustainable growth. He is an avid philanthropist involved with several nonprofit organizations including Olympic Gold Quest and Prerana. Gupta splits his time between Dallas, Texas, and Mumbai, India.
