Dr. Hayworth has been President and Chief Executive Officer of the CareMount Medical (earlier, Mount Kisco Medical Group), a 450-physician multi-specialty medical group, since 1996. He is also Associate Dean and a Clinical Assistant Professor of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Sciences at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. In addition, Dr. Hayworth is Head of the Board of Directors of the Ambulatory Surgery Center of Westchester; a member of the Foundation Board of Northern Westchester Hospital; and President as well as a member of the Board of Directors of Bedford Physicians’ Risk Retention Group.

Mr. C. Edward Brown is the Chief Executive Officer of The Iowa Clinic. P.C. Management Company, LLC, a multi-specialty group consisting of over 175 physicians and healthcare providers of 30 specialties located in Des Moines, Iowa. Formed in 1994, the Iowa Clinic is the largest physician-owned multi-specialty group in Central Iowa including outreach facilities in the state of Iowa.


PATRICK CLINE

Chief Executive Officer, Lightbeam Health Solutions

After an honorable discharge from the Marine Corps to reserve status, Mr. Cline learned to program computers in several languages. His first startup developed one of the industry’s first medical practice management systems which was used in several hundred medical practices. His second startup developed NextGen, one of the first EHRs.


TIMOTHY G. FERRIS, MD, MPH

Trained in both internal medicine and pediatrics, Dr. Ferris is a practicing primary care physician and Senior Vice President for Population Health at Mass General Hospital and Partners HealthCare in Boston. He is also an Associate Professor at Harvard Medical School and holds degrees from Middlebury College, Oxford University, Harvard Medical School, and the Harvard School of Public Health.


DAVID G. FITZGERALD

Chief Executive Officer, Proliance Surgeons, Inc.

Mr. Fitzgerald is the Chief Executive Officer of Proliance Surgeons, Inc. a medical group practice of over 200 orthopedic, general, retina and ENT surgeons headquartered in Seattle, Washington, with many clinic locations mostly located at and around the many hospitals in the region. The practice also owns and operates sixteen ambulatory surgery centers, six physical therapy sites and nine imaging centers throughout the Puget Sound region.


CARL KING

Senior Vice President, M&A Integration, Aetna

Mr. King is President of National Accounts at Aetna. He has profit and loss responsibility for Aetna’s largest customers. Prior to that he was Aetna’s Head of National Networks. He was responsible for network policy and strategy nationwide. He developed value-based contracting programs, high performance networks and fraud detection strategies.

Alan M. Muney serves as Cigna’s Chief Medical Officer and Senior Vice President of Total Health and Network.
In his role as Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Muney is responsible for Cigna’s clinical strategy and policy, health advocacy programs, coverage policy, and quality measurement and improvement.


CHRISTOPHER J. SCLAFANI, PE MBA

Mr. Sclafani has been the Chief Administrative Officer of The CareMount Medical (earlier, Mount Kisco Medical Group)) since 2000. He has been an integral member of the Executive Leadership team at MKMG and plays a pivotal role in the development of the strategic and operational direction for the organization. Under his leadership, MKMG has grown from 50 to 300 physicians.


BRUCE SWARTZ

In his role at Dignity Health, Bruce is responsible for the enterprise physician integration strategy and operation inclusive of all employment models, clinical integration, and population health management. Bruce leads the development of cooperative relationships between physicians and Dignity Health hospitals and management, profit and loss responsibility, physician related mergers and acquisitions, and provides leadership to the development of physician support mechanisms that facilitate the alignment of physicians and Dignity Health entities. He is a member of the system Executive Growth Team and participates in system wide strategy development, mergers, and acquisitions.


LARRY D. TATUM, MD

Dr. Tatum is the Chief Executive Officer and a founding member of Texas Health Care, PLLC a multi-specialty physician group practice, owned and governed by physicians since the mid-90s. Texas Health Care recently completed a joint venture with Privia Health to create the Privia Medical Group of North Texas. The group currently includes the membership of over 150 physicians geographically dispersed throughout Tarrant County, Texas.

Dr. Terrell has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Cornerstone Health Care, P.A. since 2000. Cornerstone is a multi-specialty medical group with over 85 locations in the Piedmont Triad region of North Carolina. In her role, Dr. Terrell has overseen the growth and transformation of Cornerstone as an innovative physician-led medical community.
