Sachin K. Gupta is the Founder & Global CEO of IKS Health, a global leader in care enablement solutions, and an inaugural member of the IKS Health Board of Directors. Sachin founded IKS Health in 2007 and has pioneered its emergence as the leading care enablement platform in the United States. Fueled by Sachin’s blend of entrepreneurial spirit, executive acumen, and strategic vision, IKS Health has grown to 12,000+ employees, serving more than 600 healthcare organizations. Sachin continues to steer the organization toward rapid growth and success, including taking IKS Health public in December 2024 on the National Stock Exchange of India.

Sachin believes IKS Health serves as an accountable advisor to healthcare organizations, guiding them through the complexities of modern healthcare in order to achieve sustainable growth. His priorities include delivering a comprehensive care enablement platform that combines pragmatic AI-driven technology with dedicated expertise to alleviate administrative, clinical, and financial burdens, helping clinicians and staff to focus on delivering high-quality patient care.

Sachin holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from the University of Pune and is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization and R360. He previously worked with technology-enabled organizations such as Majoris Systems Private Limited (now Valtech), Seletica Configurators India Private Limited, and Lionbridge Technologies, Inc. He is an avid philanthropist involved with several nonprofit organizations including Olympic Gold Quest and Prerana. Sachin splits his time between Dallas, Texas, and Mumbai, India.

Joe Benardello is a co-founder of IKS Health and its Chief Growth Officer. He is a key member of the executive team responsible for the organization’s growth and success, including taking IKS Health public in December 2024 on the National Stock Exchange of India.

Under Joe’s tenure, more than 600 top U.S. health organizations are working with IKS Health to become stronger, more efficient, and better positioned for the future. He is at the helm of the company’s growth and marketing strategy, and is a respected thought leader in the healthcare and technology industries. Joe is a passionate principal who drives solution design, implementation, and delivery to address the regulatory, technological, and fiscal challenges facing healthcare organizations today.

With a strong background in technology, Joe served as Vice President at Lionbridge Technologies for several lines of business including healthcare. He joined Lionbridge from eTesting Labs, where he built and led the go-to-market strategy. Under his leadership, eTesting Labs was strategically acquired by Lionbridge in 2002. He lives in Los Angeles, and attended UCLA and California State University.

Chris Fowler is CEO of TruBridge and Group Chief Strategy Officer for IKS Health. Previously, he served as president and CEO of TruBridge, where he led the company through significant growth and its acquisition by IKS Health. Chris joined the company in 2000 and held a variety of leadership roles before becoming vice president of Business Services in 2008. In 2013, that division became TruBridge, LLC, and Chris was named president. He later served as chief operating officer before being appointed president and CEO in 2022, when he also joined the CPSI Board of Directors.

Nithya Balasubramanian is the Chief Financial Officer of our Company. She holds a bachelor’s degree of engineering in electrical and electronics engineering from the Birla University of Technology & Science, Rajasthan, and a post graduate diploma in management from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. She has over 16 years of experience in the field of corporate finance and equities research. She has previously worked with McKinsey & Company, Inc as their engagement manager, Cipla Limited as their vice president and AllianceBernstein Business Services Private Limited as their vice president/director, senior research analyst. She is responsible for the global financial operations, administration and facilities, ERP, investor relations, and the overall business strategy of the Company. She was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer on May 15, 2024.

Peter leads Global Customer delivery across all 4 feature clusters of our Provider Enablement Platform. He is a senior level operating executive with over 25 years’ experience, and has demonstrated success in building and/or transforming organizations in both the public and private sectors. He has held senior positions of President, Chief Operating and/or Chief Financial Officer across multiple industries including healthcare, where he specialized in strategic, financial and operational transformations. Most recently, he served as CFO/COO of PRGX Global Inc., a global data analytics and professional services firm with operations in over 30 countries. Under his leadership, PRGX achieved 20+ year highs in Revenue and EBITDA, and saw a 300% increase in share price over a 4 year period. Prior to PRGX, Pete served as President & CFO of Physiotherapy Associates, one of the largest out-patient physical therapy companies in the U.S., where he was introduced to IKS as a client.

Dr. Grace Terrell

Dr. Terrell leads the clinical leadership team for IKS Health that provides clinical input and guidance for product evolution with the aim of improving care delivery and patient safety.

Dr. Terrell is a national thought leader in the US for healthcare innovation and delivery system reform; also a serial entrepreneur in population health outcomes driven through patient care model design, clinical and information integration, and value-based payment models. She is also a practicing general internist.

Dr. Terell has served as CEO of several companies, including Eventus WholeHealth, LLC., a company focused on providing holistic care to medically vulnerable adults and Cornerstone Health Care, one of the first medical groups to make the “move to value” by lowering the cost of care and improving its quality for the sickest, most vulnerable patients.

Dr. Terrell was the founding CEO of CHESS, a population health management company, and the former CEO of Envision Genomics, a company focused on the integration of precision medicine technology into population health frameworks for patients with rare and undiagnosed diseases. Dr. Terrell has served as vice chair of the U.S. DHHS’ Physician-Focused Payment Model Technical Advisory Committee, the chairman of the board of the AMGA, is a founding member of the Oliver Wyman Health Innovation Center, the author of Value – Based Care and Payment Models, and Reframing Contemporary Physician Leadership: We Stated as Heroes.

Dr. Terrell is currently executive in residence at Duke University School of Medicine’s Masters in Clinical Informatics program, a Senior Advisor for Oliver Wyman management consulting firm, and a member of the board of directors of Guilford College.

Dr Terrell holds a doctorate in medicine from Duke University School of Medicine and a master’s degree in medical management from Carnegie Mellon University.

Kevin brings over 30 years of executive experience across public and private healthcare, with deep expertise in value-based care, healthcare delivery redesign, and clinical outcomes optimization. He has held senior leadership roles at Optum Tri-State, CareMount Medical, and WellCare of New York, and has been a trusted strategic advisor to IKS Health. His proven ability to drive transformational outcomes strengthens IKS Health’s mission and long-term growth.

Manisha Kadagathur serves as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at IKS Health, where she leads the global HR function with a focus on aligning people practices with the company’s business strategy. She is spearheading the organization’s HR transformation, leveraging AI and advanced practices across Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Learning & Development, and Succession Planning.

With more than 25 years of experience across consumer, financial services, technology, and chemical industries, Manisha brings a unique blend of corporate, entrepreneurial, and consulting expertise. She has held senior leadership roles as a CHRO, Consulting Leader, and Independent Board Member, and has also built and successfully exited an HR Tech startup in the U.S. In addition, she continues to advise growth-stage companies and serves as an Independent Director at Safex Group.

Manisha holds a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from St. Francis College, Hyderabad, and an MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur. She is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation and a Partner with Social Venture Partners (SVP) in Mumbai.

Ajai Sehgal serves as Chief AI Officer at IKS Health, leading the organization’s enterprise-wide AI vision and strategy to harness data, analytics, and advanced technologies for accelerating innovation, improving outcomes, and amplifying impact across the healthcare ecosystem.

A seasoned leader with experience spanning startups to Fortune 100 companies, Ajai was most recently the inaugural Chief Data & Analytics Officer at Mayo Clinic, where he drove the use of over a century of clinical data to power breakthrough medical innovations and elevate patient care. He also served as Chair of Digital Technology at the Mayo Clinic’s Center for Digital Health.

Ajai’s global leadership experience includes senior technology roles at EagleView, Hootsuite, and The Chemistry Group, overseeing Data & Analytics, Software Engineering, IT, Security, and Operations. Earlier in his career, he served 16 years in the Royal Canadian Air Force before joining Microsoft, where he played a key role in founding and scaling Expedia into the world’s largest travel agency. A strong advocate for responsible AI innovation, Ajai continues to mentor and advise within the broader technology community.

Christi Braun serves as our Chief Legal & Compliance Officer, leading all legal and compliance functions across India and the United States. An accomplished legal professional and respected healthcare industry leader, Christi brings extensive expertise essential to supporting IKS Health’s continued growth and commitment to regulatory excellence.

With a robust background in legal counsel, compliance oversight, regulatory affairs, and corporate governance, Christi has guided complex healthcare organizations through evolving regulatory landscapes. Most recently, she served as Deputy General Counsel at ScionHealth, where she led key areas including operations, litigation, claims liability, and contract management. Her prior experience includes serving as Managing Counsel and Interim Chief Compliance Officer at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, as well as Deputy General Counsel for Health Affairs at the University of Florida.

Dr. Shane Peng

Dr. Peng has nearly two decades of senior health care executive leadership with multi-state health care systems. He has deep expertise in physician groups, health plans, PBM operations and value-based care models.

Prior to IKS Health, Dr. Peng served as the Executive Vice President and President of Physician and Ambulatory Service of SSM Health, a multi-state, fully integrated health system with annual revenue of $7 billion. Peng was accountable for the achievement of its six regional medical groups with 1,600 employed providers and post-acute care including ambulatory platforms. He previously worked at Sentara Healthcare in Norfolk, Va., where he served as vice president and senior medical director of Sentara Medical Group, where he oversaw the clinical operations of more than 300 primary care and ambulatory specialty providers in at least 60 sites. He also was involved in innovations around patient centered care and moved toward population health.

He has created a new business platform integrating multiple regional physician organizations with regional post-acute and ambulatory assets under a single organizational, operational and clinical structure to deliver a comprehensive system of care to achieve the ‘Quadruple Aim’.

He is a veteran in the healthcare world and a national leader in Clinical Quality, Innovation, Physician Performance and engagement demonstrating competence with board of trustees, physicians, religious sponsors, employees, community leaders and elected public officials.

Dr. Peng has served on the board of 450,000-member Health Plan, Full Path-Through Pharmacy Benefit Management Company, Midwest Health Initiative and AMGA, an organization that has over 175,000 physician members, delivering care to one in three Americans.

Dr. Sri Madabushi is the EVP and Co-General Manager of Hospitals and Health Systems Business Unit at IKS. In his role, he oversees Product and Operations efforts to help build out and scale our VBC business rapidly.

Prior to IKS he was a co-founder of Google Health and helped lead its global business development efforts over the past 8+ years. Sri has held a variety of high-profile roles there across different business units such as Health, Brain (Google’s premier AI/ML team), and Cloud. Prior to that, Sri was associated with Novartis Diagnostics where he was the Region Head & GM of Southeast Asia. He started his career as a management consultant at ZS Associates and is trained as a scientist with a Ph.D. in Computational Biology from Baylor College of Medicine (Houston, TX). He has a bachelor’s degree in Human Biology & Biophysics from All India Institute of Medical Sciences (New Delhi, India).

Deval is known for transforming operations and building high-performing global teams that consistently deliver strong client outcomes.

Nicole Davis is responsible for client relations, solution design, and improving margin growth for clients. She has over 2 decades of experience in consulting and revenue cycle management within large hospital and academic medical center environments, both for clinic-based and hospital-based services. Prior to joining IKS Health, Ms. Davis worked with North Shore/LIJ Health System managing the entire revenue cycle for clinical departments including Cardiology and Cardiothoracic Surgery. She also worked for Per-Se Technologies (now McKesson), managing a number of hospital-based physician practice groups where she was responsible for the performance of all revenue-related functions.

Ms. Davis has a bachelor’s degree in international business from the University of California at Davis. She is an active member of HFMA, Healthcare Leaders of NY, and MGMA.

As an EVP and Co-GM, Ambulatory Care and Medical Groups Business Unit, Gaurav has been a pillar within the Legacy IKS business for over 15 years. Gaurav leads our combined Clinical Services Support Feature Cluster including the operating teams from both the Legacy AQuity and Legacy India teams. In addition, Gaurav continues to maintain his customer facing role across all customers and will own the consolidated P&L for the CSS Feature Cluster.

Gaurav has worked with Physiotherapy Associates and Lionbridge Technologies Inc. before joining IKS Health where he was responsible for driving business outcomes with business process re-engineering and automation with technology products. During his association with Lionbridge, he played a pivotal role in developing and maintaining a $1.5 million Medicaid Application Tracking System for Golden Ventures, Fort Smith-AR that resulted in annualized efficiencies of $10M for the corporation. Gaurav comes with vast experience of developing and implementing technology solutions across Healthcare Value Chain.

Mayank Pant is an accomplished healthcare leader and entrepreneur. At IKS Health, Mayank leads the product innovation and growth pursuits for our Margin and coding practices.

Before coming to IKS, Mr. Pant co-founded Reventics Inc. At Reventics, Mayank headed the new product innovation and growth strategy. Before Reventics, Mr. Pant spent over a decade at Sutherland Healthcare Solutions in India and the US, managing different roles across P&L management, Customer advisory and innovation.

Mr. Pant is an alumnus of Northeastern University, Boston, where he completed his MS in Innovation. Mr. Pant lives with his wife and two children in Bridgewater, NJ, and enjoys reading, mentoring start-ups, and traveling with the family.

He joined TruBridge in 2022 as general manager of the Patient Care business unit, bringing deep experience in healthcare technology, EHR strategy, and business development. Prior to TruBridge, David held a senior leadership role at Healthmark and spent more than 20 years with Cerner, where he served in a variety of roles across the company’s EHR business. He has extensive experience in healthcare information technology and services, with expertise in healthcare consumerism, performance improvement, business development, and strategy.

Dr. Wang also previously led a service line at Scripps Health, partnering across the enterprise to transform care delivery under risk-based payment models. He is a recognized thought leader in complex care with 75 peer-reviewed publications and national presentations.

Over her 25-year career, she has held leadership roles across Microsoft, GE Healthcare, and DreamBox Learning, building go-to-market engines that drive growth, trust, and market impact.

Prior to joining IKS Health, Mr. Madatiparambil worked with Lionbridge Technologies where he was responsible for driving business value for the company’s healthcare division. Mr. Madatiparambil has also worked with Freddie Mac where he was part of a team that identified, prioritized and performed business analysis for the Credit Policy and Portfolio Management group. Mr. Madatiparambil holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Gujarat University, and an MBA from Texas A&M University.

Sarah joined IKS Health as Senior Vice President, Marketing. She brings with her a distinguished 15-year track record in healthcare technology and strategic marketing. As Medigy’s 2019 Healthcare Marketer of the Year, and a valuable industry speaker and podcast guest, Sarah has consistently demonstrated expertise in navigating the complex healthcare landscape, leveraging her deep understanding of market trends and regulations to drive impactful go-to-market strategies. Her experience spans across various roles in marketing, product management, and portfolio marketing, where she has significantly contributed to enhancing product positioning, thought leadership, and market penetration.

Sarah has a well rounded understanding of healthcare B2B through her experience in EHR integration startups and larger organizations like Stericycle, across patient facing technology and services. Most recently, Sarah served as the Vice President of marketing at Carenet Health where she led a cross functional team to remarkable achievements. Her role at IKS Health will primarily focus on product marketing, account-based marketing, content, and marketing operations.

Sarah completed her education in Biology and Biochemistry from the University of North Texas as a pre-med candidate before discovering and pursuing her true passion at the intersection of sales, product, and marketing.

He is a seasoned Human Capital professional with a proven track record across pure play engineering, farm equipment manufacturing sector, telecom operator space, telecom product development SDLC, LPO, KPO, BPO (ITeS), & Digital Services while he was associated with Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd before returning to IKS after a decade.

Known for his strong business acumen and ability to lead through change, he serves as a trusted advisor to North American leadership. Most recently, Taylor served as Head of Healthcare Corporate Banking for Texas Capital Bank, where he was responsible for bank’s relationships with provider groups, home care and hospice companies, behavioral health providers, pharmaceutical services businesses and healthcare IT companies.

Prior to Texas Capital Bank, Taylor served as a Managing Director for Cowen and a predecessor firm, MHT Partners, where he led the healthcare services M&A advisory team. Prior to joining MHT Partners in 2011, he served in a variety of roles including Director of Corporate Strategy for ORIX USA Corporation, Assistant Treasurer and Head of Investor Relations for Concentra Inc. and Director of Corporate Development for Electronic Data Systems Corporation. Taylor began his career in New York with Greenhill & Co., a boutique mergers and acquisitions advisory firm.

Dr. Hayworth has a national reputation as an authority on practice administration; multispecialty group management; and adaptation to the rapidly changing environment in healthcare, including the transition to value. A pioneering physician-scientist, Dr. Klotman’s research interests are focused on the molecular pathogenesis of Human Immunodeficiency Virus 1 (HIV-1) infection. Among many important contributions to this field, Dr. Klotman and her team demonstrated that HIV resides in and evolves separately in kidney cells, a critical step in HIV-associated kidney disease. Most recently, her group has been defining the role of integrase-defective lentiviral vectors for the delivery of an HIV vaccine.

Dr. Klotman is past president of the Association of American Physicians and past president of the Association of Professors of Medicine. She was elected to membership in the Academy of Medicine in 2014. Dr. Klotman is a former president of the Duke Medical Alumni Association and received a Duke University School of Medicine Distinguished Alumni Award in 2015.

Dr. Keith (Tony) Jones received his Medical Degree from the University of Alabama (UA) School of Medicine in 1986. He completed an anesthesiology residency and postgraduate studies at Mayo Clinic, which included advanced training in Neuroanesthesia and a Postdoctoral NIH Research fellowship. Dr. Jones was a member of the faculty of the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and practiced in the Department of Anesthesiology at Mayo Clinic for 15 year, and then served as the Alfred Habeeb Professor and Chair of the Department of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) from July 2006 to October 2017. Dr.Jones is currently the President of the University of Alabama Health Services Foundation and Chief Physician Executive of the UAB Health System. Dr. Jones also serves on the Joint Operating Leadership Council for UAB Medicine and the Executive Cabinet of the UAB Health System, as well as Senior Associate Dean for Clinical Affairs in the UA School of Medicine.

Dr. Paul Klotman began serving as president and CEO of Baylor College of Medicine on Sept. 1, 2010. He received his B.S. degree in 1972 from the University of Michigan and his M.D. from Indiana University in 1976. He completed his medicine and nephrology training at Duke University Medical Center. He stayed at Duke as a faculty member, rising to the rank of associate professor of medicine before moving to the NIH in 1988, where he became chief of the molecular medicine section in the laboratory of developmental biology. In 1993, he became chief of the Viral Pathogenesis Laboratory in the NIDR/NIH. In 1994, he moved to Mount Sinai School of Medicine as the Irene and Dr. Arthur M. Fishberg Professor of Medicine and the chief of the division of nephrology. In 2001, he was selected to be the chair of the Samuel Bronfman Department of Medicine of the Mount Sinai School of Medicine. The College’s Board of Trustees named him as the school’s new president in July of 2010.

Klotman’s research has been a blend of both basic and clinical research in molecular virology and AIDS pathogenesis. He developed the first small animal model of HIV associated nephropathy using transgenic techniques. He is the author of more than 200 publications, and he has been a visiting professor and lecturer internationally in the field of HIV pathogenesis. He has been elected to both the American Society of Clinical Investigation and the Association of American Physicians. He is on the editorial boards of journals both in the United States and in Europe, and he has served on and chaired numerous study sections including those from the NIH, the American Heart Association, the National Kidney Foundation, and the VA research service.

In addition to his laboratory efforts, Klotman has been an active clinician, teacher and mentor. Students from his laboratory have won prestigious scientific competitions. He has trained more than 50 clinical fellows, postdoctoral fellows, and students in his laboratory since 1984, most of whom are independently funded. And, he was named Physician of the Year by Mount Sinai nurses. As the chair of medicine, he moved the department of medicine at Mount Sinai to a top tier academic program by expanding the faculty practice, increasing basic and clinical research revenues, developing new community projects and focusing on the educational mission.

Klotman serves on the scientific advisory boards of biotech, pharmaceutical and healthcare companies. He also serves on the board of several companies including those with interests in natural resources and conservation.

At Baylor, he oversees the only private health science university in the Greater Southwest, with research funding of nearly $400 million. The medical school is ranked as one of the top 25 for research and one of the top ten for primary care by U.S. News & World Report. The School of Health Professions is among the best 15 in the nation and the Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences is rated in the top five percent. In addition, the College is home to the first National School of Tropical Medicine in North America. Previously she served as chief administrative officer for Mayo Clinic in Rochester. Prior to that she was chief administrative officer for Mayo Clinic Health System, chair of Mayo Clinic Practice Administration, and director of the Mayo Clinic Care Network.

Her 25-year career with Mayo Clinic has provided opportunities ranging from developing the Ask Mayo Clinic nurse triage service and serving as vice chair to contracting and payer relations and vice chair of Mayo Clinic Health System to various leadership roles at all three Mayo Clinic locations. In addition to her Mayo Clinic responsibilities, Ms. Williamson currently serves as a board member of the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce and a board member of Resoundant, and has previously served as a board member of CentraCare Health System in St. Cloud, Minnesota. Prior to working for Mayo Clinic, she worked in the Strategic Services Division of Anderson Consulting and as director of budgeting for Rose Medical Center in Denver, Colorado.

Member Emeritus, IKS Health Advisory Board Dr. David Torchiana, MD serves as Chairman of Massachusetts General Physicians Organization (MGPO) at Massachusetts General Hospital and has also been its Chief Executive Officer since 2003. MGPO is a nonprofit, tax-exempt corporation, and the largest physician group practice in New England, representing more than 2,000 physicians. Dr. Torchiana was the Chief of cardiac surgery at Mass General from 1998 to 2003. He completed residencies in general surgery and cardiothoracic surgery at Massachusetts General Hospital before joining the Department of Surgery in 1989.

He is a member of American College of Surgeons and the American Association for Thoracic Surgery and a trustee of Massachusetts General Hospital. Dr. Torchiana is an Associate Professor of Surgery at Harvard Medical School.

For over 20 years he had been the Chief Operating Officer of CareMount Medical, PC (formerly known as Mount Kisco Medical Group). A 33-year veteran of the healthcare IT field, Mr. Patrick Cline is a highly respected strategist and experienced operator. He became the CEO of Lightbeam Health in 2012, and is a certified executive coach, mentoring leaders in balance, communication, teamwork, and goal achievement. At IKS Health, Mr. Cline is the Advisor and Executive Coach to Joe Benardello, Co-Founder and Executive Vice President.

From 2009 – 2011, he served as the President and Chief Strategy Officer of Quality Systems Inc. Mr. Cline was responsible for identifying and overseeing the continued growth of QSI through the development and management of partnerships and strategic alliances that expanded and strengthened its market presence and capabilities. Prior to QSI, Mr. Cline served as President of NextGen Healthcare Information Systems, one of the first electronic health record systems. NextGen was acquired by Quality Systems, a small publicly-held division of QSI, where Pat and his team eventually stayed on to run the NextGen subsidiary. Before the start of his illustrious journey in healthcare, Mr. Cline was with the Marine Corps. At the age of 21, he developed one of the industry’s first medical practice management systems.

Dave has been a leader in healthcare for the past 30 years, with experience in physician practice management and ambulatory surgery centers. Dave is currently serving as the interim CEO of OrthoNY, a 90+ provider orthopedic specialty group with 3 ambulatory surgery centers. He is the former CEO of Proliance Surgeons, a 450+ specialty provider medical group with 23 surgery centers.

During Dave’s 20 years as CEO, Proliance grew from a small orthopedic group to a large, statewide group with many different specialties. As the former CEO of Frontier Derm Partners, a private equity-backed dermatology MSO spanning two states and over 100 providers, he led Frontier through a significant platforming process, growing the organization while maintaining focus during the COVID shutdowns. Dave is the founder of Burst Advisors which was formed to share his experience with doctors all over the country who are working together in their communities, whether they are in an independent group, a surgery center, or thinking about partnering with a larger platform.
