In 2007, Mr. Benardello co-founded IKS Health and remains at the helm of the company’s global Healthcare Solutions organization. He brings more than 20 years of executive management experience to the organization and has a proven track record enabling clients, including organizations ranging from start-ups to the Fortune 500, structured both for profit and not-for-profit, to navigate change in their industries successfully and experience significant growth.
Prior to joining IKS Health, Mr. Benardello served as Vice President of Sales at Lionbridge Technologies and headed domestic and international sales for their healthcare line of business, managing over $70M per year in healthcare-related services.
Mr. Benardello joined Lionbridge Technologies from eTesting Labs, a technology start-up founded in 1999, headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina. He built and led the go-to-market strategy growing the revenue from scratch to over 8 figures in 3 years. Under his leadership, eTesting Labs was strategically acquired by Lionbridge Technologies in 2002.
GAUTAM J. CHAR

Mr. Char joined IKS Health in 2010 as Chief Operating Officer. His leadership, judicious use of resources, and resulting cost containment have proven critical to the success of IKS Health and its clients.
Prior to IKS Health, Mr. Char was Senior Vice President and General Manager of Global Development and Test Small Business Unit at Lionbridge Technologies. During his tenure, he built and managed a $75 million global business unit specializing in long-term care, healthcare ISVs, as well as the education and mobility industries.
Before Lionbridge, Mr. Char was an executive with Wipro Technologies, where he not only built and managed a $100-million communication services business, but also created a field organization to support a $150-million “testing service” for the healthcare, banking and securities, and product engineering sectors. Prior to Wipro, he spent 16 years in leadership positions across three continents with Lucent/AT&T and Bell Labs.
Mr. Char holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from The Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi, and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Rutgers University.
PAR BOLINA, MD

Prior to joining IKS Health, Dr. Bolina was the Chief Medical Informatics Officer for Saint Thomas Physician Services (STPS) comprised of over 300 providers, part of Saint Thomas Health Services in Nashville, Tennessee—a subsidiary of Ascension Health. He led the clinical informatics and information technology teams and co-managed the electronic practice management team supporting 800 staff and 40 clinics, and re-engineered clinical and nonclinical workflows to achieve NQF, PQRS, HEDIS measures among the practices. Dr. Bolina joined STPS from Nashville Medical Group (NMG), where he served as an internist for over twelve years.
Dr. Bolina is a member of American Medical Informatics Association, Healthcare Information Management Systems Society, and the American Medical Group Association. He received undergraduate training at the University of Illinois at Urbana and received a medical degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Tufts University in Massachusetts.
DR. ADHEET GOGATE
Senior Vice President, CARE Business Operations
As a Senior Vice President of CARE Business Operations, Dr. Adheet is responsible for enabling the creation of a scalable Care Business with focus on productivity, efficiency and quality excellence. He works closely with Clients and our Onshore Leaders in building a seamless onshore and offshore delivery organization.
Dr. Adheet has been a Management Consultant at McKinsey and also founded his own consulting company subsequently. Over a decade long consulting career, he has driven strategy and performance improvement across a variety of service operations oriented enterprises including energy companies, public administrations, healthcare payers and providers. His clients have included governments, trusts, PE/VC firms and fortune 500 corporations.
Adheet has advised over 70 healthcare players in over a dozen countries on their strategies, investments and growth plans and core operations. Through these assignments, he has enabled cash savings, care improvements and physician professional development.
Dr. Adheet earned his MBBS (MD) from Grant Medical College, University of Mumbai; his Masters from Harvard School of Public Health and his fellowship in Radiology management from Harvard Medical School/Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Dr. Adheet has also trained extensively in Lean techniques and operations excellence at Toyota, in Nagoya, Japan.
He is widely published, with many abstracts, book chapters, articles and original papers to his name. His works have been critically acclaimed world over, including being translated into Portuguese in Argentina.
JOHN TABONE, MBA

As Chief Growth Officer, John is responsible for leading IKS Health’s growth and works in close partnership with the larger Executive Team to take IKS Health towards our growth objectives. John plays a key role in establishing critical growth strategies and evolve our Product portfolio with a focus on long-term and higher-order objectives.
John brings more than 20 years of senior level management experience with P&L responsibility across a broad range of sectors spanning a variety of economic and business cycles. He has held numerous leadership roles including being a CEO, Managing Partner, Corporate Officer, Treasurer, Chief Risk Officer, Chief Investment Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Group Head of Corporate Finance and Capital Markets as well as a Board Director and Investment Committee Chairman for all Life Sciences, Healthcare and Financial Services business platforms for Olympus America, the US subsidiary of Olympus Corporation. John was also the Founder and Group Head of Olympus Financial Services which was created as part of a broader healthcare solutions platform focusing initially on single and multi-specialty ambulatory surgery centers.
John’s experience includes tenures at Active International, a merchant bank headquartered in New York with revenue in excess of $1.2 Billion, Capital Concepts Financial Group and Phoenix Acquisition Corporation which was an acquisition subsidiary focused on long investments or opportunistic arbitrage events. Most recently he was the Managing Partner for Abacus Healthcare and CEO of Abacus Healthcare Finance.
John has proven business development experience with large sales organizations focusing on “outside-in” product development. He has a deep focus on innovation and execution and knows how to bridge the “strategy-to-execution” gap. He closely collaborates with investment banks, single and multi-strategy hedge funds and private equity sponsors. He is known for building high performance cultures, passionate, driven and execution focused leadership teams driven by the desire to be positioned as the first resource for clients seeking true segment specialization, market insight, fresh thinking and leading edge, innovative and responsive products all focused on providing an unparalleled customer experience.
John holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the City University of New York and an MBA in Finance from Long Island University, CW Post Graduate School of Business. He is a member of Delta Mu Delta. He attended Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management for the Advanced Executive Program, University of Pennsylvania – The Wharton School for Healthcare Economics, Management and Policy and New York University – Leonard N. Stern School of Business for Credit and Enterprise Risk Management. He is a certified risk management executive, an accreditation provided by the National Association of Credit Management of which he was a past member of the Board of Directors.
As Chief Financial Officer, Nisha leads the Finance & Accounting functions. She plays a key role as a financial mirror to all the strategic decision making at IKS Health and actively partners with the Executive Team in shareholder communications and management. Nisha is establishing the framework for critical functional governance as well as cross-functional coordination for organization wide initiatives.
Nisha comes with extensive corporate finance experience in domestic and international business environments with exposure to diverse sectors in India. She is proficient in financial and strategic planning for overall business and profitability growth.
Prior to joining IKS Health, she served as Vice President with Moelis & Company where she managed the entire life cycle of M&A advisory engagements. Her previous work experience includes stints with Nomura Holdings, Lehman Brothers and N M Rothschild & Sons.
Nisha holds a Master in International Securities Investments and Banking from ICMA Centre, Henley Business School, University of Reading, UK. She is also a qualified Chartered Accountant and in addition, has a Master in Commerce from Symbiosis Society’s College of Arts and Commerce, Pune, India.
JIM BOSWELL, MBA
EVP and Managing Partner, Client Advisory Services
As an EVP and Managing Partner of Client Advisory Services, Jim is responsible for managing the day-to-day business and operational relationships of our clients.
Jim has devoted over 21 years to building, optimizing, and leading large multispecialty group practices, both privately owned as well as part of a large non-profit health system. He has expertise in medical group alignment and performance improvement, and is highly regarded for his ability to use organizational and governance structures to facilitate health system integration and physician engagement.
Jim appreciates the unique challenges that arise as health systems partner with physicians. At a time of unprecedented consolidation and collaboration in the healthcare industry, Jim has been a trusted adviser to hospitals and physician groups. His ability to understand the needs of multiple stakeholders with competing interests has enabled him to successfully lead the integration of disparate healthcare organizations.
Jim worked as CEO and managing partner at Northeast Arkansas Clinic, and he held multiple positions at The Physicians Corporation (PhyCor). He currently serves as the Board Chair for the American Medical Group Foundation. Jim was also the President and Chief Executive Officer of Baptist Medical Group (BMG), a wholly owned, nonprofit subsidiary of Baptist Memorial Healthcare. He was instrumental in the strategy development, planning, and implementation of the newly created medical group. Under Jim’s guidance, BMG became one of the largest physician groups in the mid-South, with more than 600 providers in 150 locations across three states, 2.5 million patient encounters, and $500 Million in revenue.
Jim is passionate about driving alignment, growth, performance improvement, and transformation. He is known for establishing good relationships with physician groups, and he believes that the key to successful integration engagement is ensuring that the proper organizational structure, leadership, and governance are in place to drive physician engagement and alignment.
Jim holds a Master in Business Administration from the University of Chicago. He also holds a Bachelor in Finance from Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, Louisiana.
As Chief People Officer, Sridhar oversees all aspects of the human capital function for IKS Health worldwide. Sridhar has over 15 years of extensive experience in business and human resource management across diverse sectors such as Pharmaceutical, Consumer, Media and Entertainment, Automobile, Engineering, Financial Services and a majority of Indian diversified conglomerates.
Sridhar has worked with management consulting firms advising companies in building organizations to achieve hyper-growth trajectories. In the process, he served as a Managing Director and Global Partner with Hay Group where he focused on managing the business of Hay Group and delivering on numerous quality client consulting programs. His experience includes tenures at Towers Watson, Accenture and Hay Group, of which he was part of the startup teams of Towers Watson and Hay Group in India.
Sridhar holds a Bachelor in Economics from Loyola College, Chennai. He also holds a Master in Economics from Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics, Pune and a Master in Management from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.
Senior Vice President, Channel Management
Ms. Davis is responsible for client relations, solution design, and improving margin growth for clients. She has over 15 years of experience in consulting and revenue cycle management within large hospital and academic medical center environments, both for clinic-based and hospital-based services.
DR. MITUL THAKKER
Senior Vice President, Transformation & Site Head – Mumbai
As Senior Vice President of Operations at IKS Health, Dr. Mitul is responsible for leading and shaping the CARE LOB – Operations and for driving Strategic Initiatives globally. He heads IKS’s Mumbai delivery center and continues to support clinical solutions innovation and development for the company’s global client base. Dr. Mitul is armed with over 17 years of healthcare experience that spans across pharmaceuticals, diagnostic, hospital, and insurance industries.
Prior to IKS Health, he served as Head of Department – Marketing, Customer Service and Billing at Asian Heart Institute one of India’s premier tertiary care cardiac hospitals. Their healthcare delivery systems and customer care are looked upon as benchmarks in the hospital industry. Among other achievements at the Asian Heart Institute, Dr. Mitul successfully implemented processes that led to the Daily Sales Outstanding (DSO) reducing from 90 to 36 days.
Dr. Mitul has been an independent practitioner of general medicine and holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) from Pune University. In addition, he has expert training in Hospital Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
PARTHA SARATHY, MBA
Senior Vice President, Strategy
Mr. Sarathy has played a pivotal role in shaping IKS Health’s go-to-market strategy since 2008. A seasoned executive with experience across multiple industries including Management Consulting, Venture Capital and Business Process Management, he continues to be at the helm of new service offerings and solutions development at IKS Health.
Prior to joining the company, Partha served as Vice President – Knowledge Services at WNS, a leading Global Business Process Management company. Among his various roles at WNS, Partha helped set up and grow the Research and Analytics division, where he helped define the offerings, sell the services, and manage delivery. He also led the Pre-Sales/Solutions function, where he was responsible for conducting diagnostic studies for prospective clients; developing suitable solutions to address their requirements; preparing proposals and presentations; and pricing.
Partha previously worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers, as a management consultant in the strategy consulting practice. He has also served as a management consultant at A.F.Ferguson; investment analyst at the Boston-based venture capital firm, View Group; and marketing manager at Philips.
Partha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Calicut, and MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
ANURAG SHARMA, MBA
Senior Vice President, Learning
As Senior Vice President, Learning, Mr. Sharma provides strategic support across IKS Health to drive learning as a core value. Talent & leadership development, new employee training, continual learning are some of the functions under Anurag’s sphere of responsibility.
Prior to working with IKS Health, Anurag was Vice President of Recruitment and Training at Intelenet Global Services (now Serco) where he was instrumental in setting up a centralized team that catered to hiring and training more than 1,000 employees each month. At Intelenet, Anurag successfully transitioned several processes across the healthcare, banking and financial services, and travel industries. Anurag’s career includes stints at Capital One, Honeywell and Hindustan Unilever in vendor management, analytics and business development roles.
Anurag holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University Department of Chemical Technology (now ICT), and a MBA from the University of Maryland.
