As one of India’s largest private equity investors, Dr. Jhunjhunwala is often referred to as the “Warren Buffett of India.” His uncanny ability to identify successful investments coupled with his keen business acumen is the driver behind his fame and fortune.

Mr. Desai is a Senior Partner at J. Sagar Associates, a national law firm in India. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions, derivatives, corporate and financial laws and international commercial arbitration. Some of the listed companies in which Mr. Desai is a Director include Sterlite Industries (India), The Great Eastern Shipping Company, Praj Industries, Edelweiss Capital and Adani Enterprises.

Mr. Freimark is the Chief Executive Officer of Miami Jewish Health Systems, a full continuum of care provider for the elderly in South Florida with a world renowned memory center.

A former member of the organization’s advisory board, King joins the board of investors after serving as the senior vice president of integration at Aetna, one of the nation’s largest health plans. His responsibilities at Aetna included leading the provider network strategy and implementation planning for the Humana acquisition. King also had profit and loss responsibility for National Accounts, a division serving Aetna’s largest customers. Additionally, he served as head of Aetna’s provider network strategy and contracting policies.

Dr. Vikram Chhatwal is currently the Chairman of the Board at MediAssist India. Prior to this he was the CEO of Reliance Health, a Reliance ADA Group Company. He was part of the founding team, as Chief Executive, of the largest Indian healthcare BPO and IT companies, Apollo Health Street Limited, and had a concurrent position as the CIO for the Apollo Hospitals Group.

A Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Mr. Jhunjhunwala is a veteran Chartered Accountant, specializing in taxation and commercial law, since 1979. He serves as a director and advisor at several companies and many social organizations. He is the President of ICL Education Society which supports education through a college and two schools in Navi Mumbai, with a staff of 300 and more than 10,000 students.

Dr. Malpani is the Founder of the ‘Health Education Library for People’- India’s first Consumer Health Education Resource Centre. His belief that awareness empowers people, and improves public health through preventive medicine has contributed to the inception and growth of the library. Today, the library boasts a large collection of educational books, magazines, journals, CDs and videos encompassing all aspects of health appealing to all levels of society.

Mr. Utpal Sheth serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Rare Enterprises and is responsible for Investment Management, Risk Management and Institutionalization. Mr. Sheth started his professional career at erstwhile ASK Financial Consultants and went on to be the Head of Research there. Mr. Sheth has been Independent Director of Cineline India Limited since 2010. Mr. Sheth served as a Non-Executive Independent Director at Cinemax India Limited from 2010 to 2013. He has been a faculty member at the BSE Training Institute, UTI Institute of Capital Market, National Institute of Financial Management, IIS Institute of Management and other such organizations.

Mr. Gupta co-founded IKS Health in 2007 with the goal of building the leading technology enabled process optimization business that helps healthcare providers operate more efficiently. Armed with a unique blend of entrepreneurial spirit, executive acumen and strategic vision, Mr. Gupta continues to shape and lead the organization on the path of rapid growth and success.

In 2007, Mr. Benardello co-founded IKS Health and remains at the helm of the company’s global Healthcare Solutions organization. He brings more than 20 years of executive management experience to the organization and has a proven track record enabling clients, including organizations ranging from start-ups to the Fortune 500, structured both for profit and not-for-profit, to navigate change in their industries successfully and experience significant growth.

As Chief Administrative & Business Transformation Officer and Board Member, Nisha Raizada leads all the key enabling functions globally across IKS Health and provides Strategic leadership to our disruptive endeavors working with the larger IKS Health Executive Team. Ms. Raizada comes with extensive corporate finance experience in domestic and international business environments with exposure to diverse sectors in India. She is proficient in financial and strategic planning for overall business and profitability growth. Prior to joining IKS Health, she served as Vice President with Moelis & Company where she managed the entire life cycle of M&A advisory engagements. Her previous work experience includes stints with Nomura Holdings, Lehman Brothers and N M Rothschild & Sons.
